With the "Young Talents in Clinical Research" (YTCR) funding program, the Gottfried and Julia Bangerter-Rhyner Foundation and the SAMS enable young interested physicians to gain their first research experience. In 2022, 1 million Swiss francs will again be available to finance "protected research time" or the implementation of an own research project for junior staff.
